introduction
SOUTHERN
CROSS is the culmination of a long-term
documentary project on contemporary Ireland. It explores the country's
largest transformation in its history through images of the changing landscape
from the construction site to the new financial district of the Irish
Financial Services Centre (IFSC). It also presents the face of this change
with portraits of the workers. SOUTHERN CROSS incorporates work from two
series, site and prospect.
